Sunsea (Fujian) Garments Co., Ltd was established in 1989, which was located in Qingmeng Industrial Zone, Quanzhou City, Fujian, China. Sunsea factory has been engaged in developing, designing, producing various kinds of fashion sportswear, activewear including cycling wear, soccer wear, running wear, yoga wear, basketball wear, handball wear, underwear, and so on since 1989. We worked for many famous brands such as Uhlsport, Superdry?, Endura, Trespass, Intersport, 2XU, Kappa Italy, Craft, etc.
Factory Covering a Total Area of 40,000 Square Meters
Our factory is now expanded with a total area of 40,000 square meters, holding more than 2,000 types of machinery with a production line of 500 skillful workers and workshops, for making knitted wear, woven wear, and compression wear.
25 Production Lines with Auto Hanging System
Our company has imported advanced equipment and technology, such as German sewing machines and Japanese embroidery machines since 1992. In 1998, a series of garments CAD systems from America GGT helped make the design process more efficient. In 2005, SUNSEA imported an auto laser cutter from Germany BULMER. Nowadays, SUNSEA has installed 25 production lines with an auto hanging system.
Monthly Output of 500,000 Pieces
On average, our monthly output is 500,000 pieces, and the annual business volume is US$ 20 million in the last 15 years, then the years of continuous tax payment of over 10 million.
