The production line mainly produces both wireless and wired headphones and earphones. The manufacturing plant area is about 8,000 square meters, with in-depth knowledge and experience in R&D, engineering, cable production, assembly, and quality control.
Factory Capacity
Inclusive of 7 non-dust assembly lines, the output is more than 500K sets of headphones/earphones per month. NLD also sets up a beer line and assembly production line. Inclusive of advanced integral ERP system and inspection equipment, including Electro Acoustic Device Analyzer, Soundcheck Acoustic Tester, Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber, Driver Polarity Test, Salt Spray Test, Swing Test machine, Tumbling drop tester, lidding life test, Stretching life test, Headband extension tension testing machine and more. The company emphasizes its cultural construction. With unique and vivid cultural characteristics, NLD has won consistent recognition from both domestic and foreign customers of the industry.
