Quality Control Process
- Before production: check and record the raw material: Record the date and batch number to facilitate timely and accurate traceability of the product after problems occur.
- Prenatal sample confirmation: including the weight, color, shape, and structure.
- Production line inspection: picking out defective products;
- Machining trim inspection: Re-inspection during processing to pick out defective products caused by processing and missed in the production line;
- First piece confirmation before packing: check the structural integrity of the product.
- Pre-stocking sampling: Sampling 10% of products to ensure that packaging is complete, product accessories are intact, and products are free of defects.
