Avenir Telecom SA is a France-based company engaged in the distribution of telecommunications products and services. Our company supplies individual and corporate clients with mobile phones and accessories, multimedia equipment, as well as telephone subscriptions, and is on the way to a leading position in the industry of mobile phone accessories.
Offering Items under “Internity” Brand
Our company owns a network of more than 671 stores. Under the “Internity” brand name, we offer a range of mobile telephones, digital imagery devices, game consoles and accessories. We also provide products through Mobile Hut, a network of 100 points of franchise multi-operator retailers offering prepaid sales, postpaid subscriptions and renewal offers. In addition, we serve our customers through independent retailers, specialty distributors, hypermarkets and other distribution channels. We also work with Energizer and Rebecca Bonbon.
Operating Various Subsidiaries
We operate various subsidiaries, including Voxland, TV UP, Avenir Services, Avenir Telecom Espagne and Fintelco SGPS. As of March 31, 2010, our company was 29.95%-owned by OXO.
