Shenzhen Tensan Co., Ltd was established in July 2014 in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Our company, as one of the high-tech companies, is professionally engaged in organic silicone and sizing program R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. The company's main products are potting, silicone, epoxy resin, thermal grease, and a sizing program. Our products are mainly applied in the electronic appliances industry, home appliances industry, lighting industry, automobiles industry, photovoltaic industry, and mobile phone industry. Owing to The Belt and Road strategy, our company vigorously implements an opening strategy to expand the Belt and Road. Branches and offices have been opened in Thailand, Vietnam, India, the Philippines. Service localizing to improve company service efficiency. Scientific Research Strength
Currently, we have established all-around cooperation with the China Silicone Association, Tsinghua University, Shenzhen Research Institute, and other universities and research institutes. There are 2 doctors, 5 masters, and 20 engineers in our company. We have a one-component laboratory, a two-component laboratory, an epoxy laboratory, and a new energy materials laboratory. We have developed a series of products and solutions in electrical and electronic, LED, LCD, solar power, automotive, 3C, fire-resistant cables, industrial anti-corrosion, military and other industries.

The laboratory covers nearly 1, 000 square meters in total, equipped with dozens of sets of high-end equipment, including an imported Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA ), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermomechanical analyzer (TMA), thermal conductivity meter, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (ED-XRF), gas chromatography (GC), rotors vulcanizer, laser particle size Analyzers and other sophisticated analytical instruments, as well as hot and cold impact test chamber, high temperature and humidity test chamber, salt spray test chamber, fluorescent UV aging test chamber and other products aging reliability test equipment.

Manufacturing Capability
We currently cover over 6, 000 square meters, and there are 10 kneading machines, 5 baking machines, and 8 sets of mixers and our daily production is 50 tons. In accordance with the requirements of the ISO standard we establish and improve the quality management system, according to which we strictly carry on product design, development, production, and services, and have passed the certification center's ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004 quality environmental management system certification. The product has passed the UL safety test certification, TUV aging test certification, and RoHS instruction standard certification, becoming a global green partner. To further improve the overall quality of products, we have cooperated with China Ceprei [headquarters] laboratory, and SGS laboratory to regularly carry out various types of product testing for reliability and corresponding analysis contrast, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.

Quality Control
We established a comprehensive quality control document and process to ensure product quality and reliability. Currently, there is six quality staff in our company and we are well-equipped to self-test for RoHS, UL, and other certificates, which provides customers with product protection.
