Back in 2003, a small workshop was built upon the farming land in the rural area of Hebei Province, with only 20 workers and a few second-hand machines. In the last 18 years, Hebei Leading has become a group company including one butterfly valve factory and one flange factory, occupying over 700,000 square feet, with over 300 experienced workers and over 50 managements and sales. It is really a long way, but through hard work and always aiming high, we become a big piping manufacturer and service supplier in the north of China, with over $20 million dollars turnover annually.
