Two Manufacturing Facilities
Kaper Industrial Limited was established in 1990 and has been accredited to the ISO 9001 quality standard since 2001, manufacturing flashlights (torches), lanterns, headlamps, and related products. Our two manufacturing facilities are located in Dongguan and Longchuan China, along with an administrative office in Hong Kong. We had participated in trade shows in Hong Kong since 2011. Our Dongguan factory is BSCI-certified; the Longchuan factory is SMETA-certified.

Kaper is a fully-integrated manufacturer. Injection Molding, Metal Stamping, CNC Lathing, Compression Molding, Vacuum Plating, Ultrasonic Welding, Painting, Pad Printing, Laser Engraving, and Assembly are all done within 366,000 ft2 (34,000m²) manufacturing space.
