Vitrapro Co. Ltd was established in 2007 and is specialized in home decor and kitchenware. Our monthly output is 8,000 pieces, all of which are shipped to overseas markets. Asia absorbs 70 percent of exports with major clients located in Japan, South Korea, and India. Others are sent to Europe and the US.
We offer kitchenware items including cutting boards, fruit baskets, food storage items, horn knives, chopstick boxes, and trays, which account for 60 percent of shipments.
15 New Models Every Month
All of our items are made of bamboo, rattan, seagrass, plywood, MDF, rubber wood, and leachy wood that is sourced from local suppliers in Ha Noi. The PVA glue and resin also domestically sourced is wholly non-toxic and is applied to strengthen all aspects of bamboo and rattan products.
The prices are between $0.15 and $20, depending on the materials. A wooden tray embellished with mother-of-pearl is priced at $20. Our products made of lacquer and hand-painted motifs are more expensive than items with motif spraying.
Seventy percent of orders are the company's original designs. The director Mr Dang Anh Tuan creates the design. He releases about 15 new models every month. A minimum order is $5,000, and the lead time is 30 to 40 days.
Located in the craft village in Ha Dong town, Hanoi, production steps including material treatment, cutting, and assembling are subcontracted to households in the villages. We operate a 500-square-meter workshop, making the final production stages such as painting, gluing, washing, polishing, and packing. This facility hires 30 full-time workers.
