Inner Mongolia Wulate Qianqi Hongtai Industrial Co., LTD. was established in 2003. It is the major manufacturer of Dehaired cashmere fiber in Inner Mongolia and the first-tier subsidiary of Hongtai Group. The company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of Dehaired cashmere and cashmere yarns. The company has introduced 11 of the most advanced domestic cashmere carding machines and 80 accessories, in addition to upgrading its original equipment, thereby forming the fully electrified production line for the entire carding of dehaired cashmere fiber. Over 20 years of development, the company annually produces and sells 300 tons of dehaired cashmere fiber, and becomes the preferred raw material supplier for three domestic cashmere enterprises.
Annual Production Capacity of Over 500 Tons of Cashmere
In 2021, the group invested RMB90 million in a new cashmere dyeing and spinning production project, introducing more than 70 processing machines from Japan KYOWA and MURATA, Hong Kong LIXIN, USA Datacolor, The annual production capacity will reach more than 500 tons of dyed dehaired cashmere material, 36 tons of dyed yarn, 60,000 pieces of dyed garments. Its 5 spinning equipment, 5 lines, annually output over 400 tons of cashmere yarn in yarns from 12 to 36. By the end of 2022, it will form an industry chain of collection of goat cashmere acquisition, cashmere material selection, washing, combing, cashmere yarn dyeing, and spinning and sales.
