Robust Quality Assurance
We have 15 QC specialists (10 IQC and five QC) to inspect and test our raw materials. Our advanced production line and fully automatic RoHS testing machines are two main factors that we can retain repeat business from our European buyers.
Fully-equipped Factory & 15-Day Lead Time
Our factory is equipped with high-speed SMT machines, fully automatic production lines, semi-automatic production lines, and more. This enables us to turn out up to 200,000 HDD enclosures each month. Delivery lead time is 15 working days for an order of 5,000 units. To ensure all our products are strictly certified to CE, FCC, RoHS, MSDS, UN38.3, BIS, and GS standards, we conduct spot checks in a specialized lab and choose samples for EMC testing. Our highly stringent QC ensures our products are defect-free. As a result, almost all of the clients repeat their orders from us.
