Quality Control
Our method to apply the Q/C is at the beginning of the order, during production, 80% when production is finished, and after production. We inspect according to customer requirements. Our team method is to use AQL and we have our reports from the QC assistant to the director before shipment.
Design and Sample: Offer 3D Prototype Sample
We have a design team with 10 persons creating advanced and functional product designs 3-4 times per month. We can offer new designs to customers every week. Also, we can make samples per customer designs. Customer shares their ideas; our designer will draw a 3D design. After the customer confirms, we will start 3D printing.
