At Goldenmay, we are an expert in making RoHS-compliant stamping molds and other hardware molds, stamped parts, CNC machined high-precision parts, special screws (automatic lathed screws), and other metal parts. Up to 100,000 units roll off our lines daily, destined for shipment to clients throughout the US and Europe. We have 3 million lead-free units monthly capacity, thanks to our more than 80 employees.
Creating New Molds in 10 Days
Led by an engineer with over 25 years of industry experience, our design team creates new molds for our OEM clients in as fast as 10 days. We also provide a fast lead time for complete custom orders. 15 to 20 days is all we need.
Supported by Advanced Equipment
For quality assurance, we carry out production using equipment from Taiwan and Japan, such as 2D coordinator machines, 3D coordinate measuring machines, and more. We also perform in-house testing using universal precision projectors and Olympus metallographic analysis instruments.
