To differentiate ourselves from our competitors and to better serve you, we created our in-house molding workshops that are staffed with 100 technicians. With this resource, our 20 R&D engineers, who hold bachelor's degrees and 10 years of experience, develop at least 10 new items per month.
Zero Returned Rate is Achieved
We cooperate with 500 raw material suppliers to ensure quality. We have 30 QC specialists to complete rigorous inspections throughout the production process. Each item goes through torque and sharpness tests to guarantee durable quality. As a result, not one single product has been returned to us in the past 13 years.
