We have a factory covering an area of 12,000 square meters with a monthly capacity of 200,000 pieces and a sub-factory with 2000 square meters. We can also maximize our production capability to finish a 1 million-piece order within 60 days. We use two-time vulcanization processes for eight hours to reach quality levels that serve the high-end market of Europe.

Releasing Two to Three New Products Monthly
We have two designers with five years of experience who can develop two to three new products every month to keep your selection updated. We also own a mold workshop covering 100 square meters and have a sample lead time of three days for existing samples and 20 days for samples following buyers' designs.
