TOUCHBeauty was founded in 1999, with more than 20 years of expertise in the beauty care industry. TOUCHBeauty has been focusing on the design, research, and development, marketing, and sale of beauty & personal care devices. In 1999, TOUCHBeauty invented the first heated eyelash curler, which marked the start of the company's keenness for technological innovation. In 2002, we invented a mascara warmer and LED makeup mirror 2003. Besides, the first rotation facial cleanser was released in 2004. Nowadays, the product line covers 6 categories including facial care, body care, hair care, makeup accessories, pedicure/manicure, and men's care.
