Utilizing 300 Sewing Machines to Complete Orders
We have several production machines to support large orders, including 1,000 imported high-speed weaving looms and 9 continuous dyeing lines, 14 automatic silk-screen, foil, and heat-transfer printing machines, 2,500 braiding, and twist cord machines, and 70 high-speed braiding machines, 300 various sewing machines, and 5 injection molding machines.

We can turn out a large number of products per day as below, two million yards of ribbons (196 colors of polyester satin and grosgrain ribbons in usual stock), 500,000 yards of elastics & cords (regular met. elastics in stock), 250,000 pieces of tassels, 250,000 pieces of gift pouches (drawstring gift bags, etc.) (50 colors of organza and satin fabric in stock), and 500,000 pieces of ribbon bows (present bow items. etc.). For your assurance, our products meet Oeko-tex standard 100 American and European standards of environmental protection. Besides, they are Azo- and REACH SVHC-free.
