Manufacturing Embroidered Products since 2010
Anbinh has been manufacturing and exporting embroidery products since 2010. Our entire output is sent abroad. The US is the largest market, accounting for 80 percent of our total shipment. The rest is absorbed by Kuwait and Turkey. Besides, we also export to the UK, Japan, and South Korea. Our total revenue reached $500,000 in 2020.
Made of Materials from Russia, Italy, and Belgium
Our main products include bedding sets like cushions, blankets, pillows, pillowcases, and sheets, which account for 80 percent of our export turnover. We use classic cotton, linen, and satin sourced from Russia and Italy, and cotton from Vietnam.
Up to 3,000 Pieces Monthly
Our production process includes designing, embroidery and sewing, cleaning, and ironing. Embroidery, the most important step done by hand, is outsourced to thousands of home-based workers in Thanh Ha craft Village of Ha Nam Province. Bulk orders for machine-made products are welcome as our workshop is also equipped with 40 made-in-China machines, including 20 embroidery machines and 20 tassel machines. With such resources, our monthly capacity reaches 3,000 pieces.
Creating 50 New Designs Annually
About 90 percent of the orders are on an OEM basis. We have one designer who is in charge of developing ideas for customers and creating about 50 new designs annually. Depending on the design complexity, the sample can be dispatched within one month.
