Business Starting in the Late 1990's
We started the bicycle business in the late 1990's, and formally found the company of Shanghai Cathay I.T. Co., Ltd in 2007, providing assorted bicycle spare parts and related accessories with good quality at a competitive price for 20+ years.
Three Own Factories
We have three factories to our name, Jiangxi Vimia Tire Co., Ltd, which is Goodyear-authorized, producing a full range of bicycle & motorcycle butyl tubes; Jiangsu Xinyiyuan Safety Technology Co., Ltd, which is BSCI-certified, making a large variety of bicycle helmets, and Ningbo Cathay Sporting Goods Co., Ltd, dedicated to the development and manufacture of various types of bicycle lights.

Over these years, we have built up a sound, professional and experienced team to handle the whole process like purchase, marketing, inspection, product & packaging design, shipment handling, and more, thereby having long-term and win-win cooperation with many customers across the globe, not only wholesalers or distributors, and some big-name chain stores, like Tesco, Carrefour, LIDL, to name a few. Meanwhile, we also set up a complete nationwide supplier network consisting of nearly 100 factories working cooperatively with us to fulfill customers' various demands on products or services.

To ensure quality, before pre-shipment inspection required by customers, we implement strict in-house quality examination first, in which way our products can also meet technical standards needed for certifications like CE, EN directives conducted by testing institutions.
