Zhejiang Shengli Down Products Co. Ltd was founded in 2001, located in Xiaoshan Down & Feather Industrial Park in Hangzhou. The company has spent 22 years from a factory with only 10 staff to 450 staff. Now it has been an expert in the down industry, and also an industry leader in down and premium down bedding products.

Scale of Company
Our company covers an area of 100,000 square meters with more than 450 employees. It is equipped with a modern production line, including 5 sets of washing lines, 16 sets of processing machines for down feather material, 350 sets of sewing machines, 35 sets of computer control automatic quilting machines and 10 sets of computer control automatic filling machines, also with advanced and scientific quality inspection system to ensure the quality of our products.

ISO 9001:2000 Certification
Our factory has passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification and the authentication of BSCI. Down materials are certified by DOWN PASS, RDS, BCI, GIS and other supply chain tracking systems. All our products conform to the OEKO-TEX 100 quality standard.
