Established in 1998, Shenzhen Vire Silicon is one of the leading professional manufacturer, supplier and exporters of FM/MP3 PCBAs, MP4/MP5 PCBAs and speakers. Our facility, with an area of more than 5,000 square meters is located in beautiful Buji Ganli Industrial park. It has powerful human resources, which include 500 workers and 50 professional engineers. Our company has great production ability and advanced equipment. We have four Fuji high-speed chip mounters and four multifunction machines in the SMT workshop, so our daily capacity is 3 million dots. There are four backhand welding production lines in the DIP workshops; daily capacity of PCBA is 60,000 to 70,000 pieces. There are four assembly lines in the composing room, so the daily capacity of mini speaker is 10,000 sets. In addition, our company has adopted advanced testing facilities, and we strictly control the quality of every product, making sure our defective rate is less than 0.1%.
